Sandwich panels can also be damaged on the inside of your business premises. Sometimes this is due to an internal renovation, but another common cause is collision damage caused by a forklift truck or other equipment. Because your business premises are the calling card of your company, it is very important that the inside also looks representative. This was also the case at Wila in Lochem, where our specialists repaired the damage very professionally!

Sometimes a wall is damaged to such an extent that repair is not useful and it is decided to install a new front or transfer wall. For our client Edibo N.V. (B) we installed a transfer wall at their customer Thermoclean in Heusden-Zolder (B) and also replaced the window frame, so that the facade is in completely new condition again.

The work consisted of:

- Disassembling various parts (roof caps, corner pieces, etc.)

- Removal of the old steel frame

- Delivery and installation of a new frame (including door)

- Delivery and installation of new panels in 45 MM thickness in the color RAL 9010

- Placing finishing profiles on the roof connection, corner connection and other connecting parts

- Completely clean delivery of the workplace

The damage to this panel at a business premises in Bunnik was so extensive that we chose to exchange the panel in consultation with the client. Fortunately, this was constructively possible and the panel was also available from the panel manufacturer. After replacing, we only had to spray away a small color difference and the facade was as good as new again!
